Harvest Family Fun Night

We hosted a Harvest Family Fun Night a couple of weeks ago at our home for our brothers and sisters and nieces and nephews. We are thankful for the fun time we had with the ones who were able to join us. I had set up some simple games for the children and Jeremiah drove the lawn mower around with the wagon for a little hayride. I made a big pot of chili and we had a great time of fellowship with our family. A big, "thank you!" to all who came and participated. Our family was blessed. (It will probably take a few posts to get all the pictures up.) :-)

Probably the most popular game was finding the hidden prizes in the
"Needle in a Haystack" game.

The object of the "Clothespin Drop" was to drop the clothespin in the jar holding it under your chin.

"Gourd Bowling" was a bit of a challenge, as gourds are not really round. LOL

Each time they played a game, they got a piece of candy out of the basket.

Ben thought that eating the gourds would be a better thing to do with them.

Our little hayride. The children really enjoyed that!

"Bean Bag Toss" was another game. Aaron really got into that one.

Homeschool decor...Solar System Posters! LOL A quick science lesson for Emily.

Here is Aaron playing the Bean Bag Toss. Just missed!
