Home Ec Class
Today was our first Home Ec Class in several months. We have been working through this book and the girls are really enjoying it. Today they prepared "Faith's Bottomless Stew" for lunch. After they finish the chapters on cooking they will move on to lessons in cleaning/organizing, sewing, and finally pulling it all together with showing hospitality. We even had Hannah in the kitchen with us for this lesson.
