Cherokee Slideshow - Bears

We all thought these painted bears were really interesting. There were 15 listed in the Cherokee Guidebook and we found 18! (I'm missing one in the slideshow, so it must be among the pictures that didn't get moved from the camera to my computer, yet.) It was a fun challenge for us to try to find each one and photograph them all. Each one represents a different aspect of Cherokee Culture. It's very sad though, to think about how they worship bears and other animals more than God, the Creator of All.
